What we collect, and why

Trainers: your email (to sign you in), your profile details (to publish your page), and, only when you request a credential check, one credential document. We keep the check result and delete the raw document 30 days after a decision.

Clients sending an enquiry: your name, email, mobile (never verified by us), city, goal, and optional message. Your enquiry goes to the one trainer you chose, only after you confirm your email. We keep enquiries for 12 months, and every confirmation email includes a link to delete yours at any time, no account needed.

Email alerts: if no trainer matches your search, you can leave your email to be told when one joins. One email, then done; every alert has a delete link.

Launch waitlist: if you leave your email on our home page, we keep your email address, the date you gave it, and the key behind your delete link: no city, no search. We use it to write to you once, the day Reputick opens to the public; nothing else. The confirmation email carries that delete link, and it erases the whole record on the spot, no account needed.

What we don’t do

• We don’t collect Aadhaar, PAN, government ID, or medical records.
• We don’t sell data, run marketing email, or store your contact details in analytics.
• We don’t use your enquiries or documents to train AI models.
• We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

AI-assisted profile drafting

If a trainer uploads a document during onboarding, our AI engine drafts profile fields from it. The trainer confirms every field before anything is published; nothing goes live from AI output alone. Raw model output is kept for at most 14 days for debugging.

Deletion and grievances

Clients can delete an enquiry with the emailed link. Trainers can request account deletion and export by writing to the founder support address shown in the dashboard. Grievance contact: privacy@reputick.in. We aim to respond within 7 days.
